At DeShawn Marie Bath & Beauty, we take great pride in handcrafting each of our products with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Because all of our soaps and bath products are made in small batches, please allow time for the creation, curing, and packaging process.

Processing Time
Our standard processing time is typically 2–10 business days, but this may vary depending on order volume and product availability. Please note that we do not always have every item in stock. Some items may require additional time if we are awaiting specific materials or ingredients.

Made-to-Order Items
Many of our items are handmade-to-order to ensure the highest quality and freshness. This means your product may take a bit longer to ship, but we promise it will be worth the wait.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items that you ordered.  Order over $75 and your shipping is FREE!

Combined Shipping
If you place multiple orders within a short time frame, we will do our best to combine shipments and refund any shipping overages.

Delays

While we do our best to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, there may be occasional delays due to supply chain interruptions, the handcrafted nature of our products, or limited availability of certain items. Additionally, once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for postal delays, delivery errors, or other issues caused by the shipping carrier. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure your order arrives safely and with the quality you expect.
